John is Regional Acquisitions Director for Virtu Investments --- This is a company started by my son 12 years ago and when I wanted to retire he refused to let me, saying they needed some grey hair in their company. We invest in apartment complexes across the US and own some 6,000 units today. Beverly and I have lived on Bainbridge Island---can’t seem to get away from the water—now since 1989. We have two grown children, Michael and Leslie, and four grand children. I enjoy golf, fishing, crabbing, pheasant hunting, reading and, yes, my work, among other things. We have been blessed so far with good health and wonderful friends. Leslie and her three children are also on Bainbridge and we babysit as often as possible. Its true what they say about the joy of grand kids.

Most memories of MIHS include the silly times with friends doing the social things and playing sports with my pals. The teachers: Seng, Wichterman, Petersky, Waddington, Bissell, Corcoran all are a big part of my maturation process---which Beverly says I am still in.
