Al had a heart attack (I think it was the year we all turned 50). Al was a teacher and a counselor here on Bainbridge Island. Al was a very respected part of the Bainbridge Island faculty. He has two children who are now grown up. His wife Jeannette still lives on Bainbridge Island.

Al was listed as the "best preserved" at our last reunion.
