"I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Literature. I later returned and got a K-8 teaching certificate. Earlier, I became an X-ray tech through the University of Wash. Hospital, and practiced for 4 yrs. at Stevens Memorial Hosp. in Edmonds. I was married in '79 to James Hunter, who graduated from Bellevue High School. We have two children, Scott age 27 and Margaux, age 24. Scott graduated in Industrial Design from Calif. College of Arts, Oakland, CA and Margaux graduated form Univ. of Portland, Neither are married ..... thus no grandchildren."

"Jim is an avid runner and gardener. I like to travel, kayak, swim, walk my dogs, and birdwatch. I volunteer at the wildlife shelter on the island and LOVE IT. I hope to become a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. It will be good to see everyone."
